Hello!
Now I am a wife and mother to two little boys and I still see the romance in the simplest of moments.
I met my husband, Ben, while photographing a wedding in Costa Rica (I know!). Our love story is something out of a romance novel and it reminds me everyday that life is full of magic and god winks. We are living proof that you can find hope and light and beauty in hard times. We love to play and find pleasure, to experience life through a lens of gratitude and to let it be lovely.
I grew up writing stories and romanticizing the lives of strangers.

Or perhaps running in the sunshine. If it's chilly, I'll be burrowed under our blanket fort. I'm in my mom era and Its so incredibly special. I'm a sucker for organization and I take spring cleaning to the next level by making it an all year thing. I love home decor, tidy spaces and opening a new book. One of my favorite views is my backyard, acres of preserved land and soft sunsets. Music is food for my soul (and my families) - our happy place is our kitchen, barefoot dancing while we cleanup after a messy dinner!
When I'm not shooting love stories, I'm playing with my two boys.

I often tell my couples and families that photography is documenting chemistry. It's chemistry between you as a family or couple and chemistry between me and whomever i'm photographing. The more you can let yourself to get the lost in the. moment the more I can document the magic that is already there. I have some tips and tricks and one of my favorites is to treat your session like date night. I'm happy to tag along while you visit your favorite park or grab a drink.
